Management structure and procedures

Each workpackage of this project has precise objectives and is provided with the expertises to reach them in the programmed timescale. One WP-leader is assigned to each WP with the role of coordinating the partners involved and being responsible for achieving the target of the WP successfully. The overall project will be coordinated by Opens internal link in current windowCNR-INFM-NNL and directed by the Opens internal link in current windowcoordinator with the support of aOpens internal link in current window steering committee (SC) assembling all the Opens internal link in current windowWP-leaders.

The members of steering committee SC are continuously in contact by e-mail, telephone calls, conference calls and periodic meetings are organized to discuss and solve scientific and financial matters. All the partners also subscribed a consortium agreement in which the main rules concerning the organization of the work, the rights and obligations of the Parties and other details regarding the dissemination of the results, the management of the intellectual property and the patent policy are included.
