Joachim Franzke

Principal Investigator

Is the director of the Department of Miniaturisation at ISAS and lecturer at the Technical University Dortmund. He earned his diploma in communication engineering 1986 at the Fachhochschule Dortmund (BSc) in the field of customer specific integrated circuits and his diploma in physics 1991 at the University of Dortmund. In 1994 he finished his PhD at the Institute of Spektrochemistry and Applied Spektroscopy concerning plasmas for analytical spectrometry. Dr. Franzke finished in 2000 his habilitation at the University of Hohenheim with the title ‘Application of diode lasers for elemental analytics’.
